 James brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience to the pool service industry, with a career that began in 2007 servicing residential pools and select commercial properties. From the outset, his focus on precision, consistency, and quality workmanship laid the foundation for what would become a trusted and respected name in pool care.

Over the years, that hands-on expertise has evolved into a broader leadership role within complex aquatic environments. As a former Certified Pool Operator (CPO) at the University of Manitoba and now a Facility Coordinator managing a YMCA branch in Winnipeg, James operates at a high level—overseeing daily operations, maintaining strict safety standards, and ensuring optimal performance across large-scale facilities.

Through JT Pool Services, James offers a refined, professional approach to both residential and commercial pool care, including year-round service. His work is defined by a proactive mindset, technical accuracy, and an uncompromising attention to detail.
